Victor is a vibrant and versatile professional accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), he is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), he was awarded a doctoral degree in Public Finance Management by the Commonwealth University, he is also a certified project management professional with the Project Management Institute (PMI), he has been in active practice for over a decade offering consultancy and capacity building services across a range of fields and discipline both in the public and private sectors. His areas of core competence are in Public and Private Finance Management (IPSAS & IFRS), Leadership & Good Governance, Taxation and Sustainable Debt Management, Budgeting, Chart of Accounts, Preparation and Audit of Accounts etc. His experience and personal development has enabled him to create a niche for himself in capacity building and training.

 Dr. Victor is currently the Managing Director and the Lead Consultant for Vintsolve Global Consults (VGC) Limited; a consultancy outfit where solutions to global problems are ideated and proffered seamlessly using integrated approach.  

Other areas of interest to Victor include Project Management, Business Development, Accounting for Small businesses, People Management, Business Marketing, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Information Technology, Public-Private Partnership, Result-Based Management, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Time and Stress Management etc.
